Station #2
Information
Station #2 is located at the corner of Reed and Haligus Roads. Station #2
houses Engine 942 which is a 2007 Pierce Enforcer that has a 1500 gallon per
minute pump and 750 gallon water tank. Engine 942 is a ALS (Advanced Life
Support) equipped engine. This allows the engine company to perform all the
same life saving skills as a paramedic ambulance. It also carries a thermal
imaging camera, a full complement of auto extrication, rapid intervention
team and cold water rescue equipment.
ALS Ambulance 952 is a 2008 Chevy
C4500 Med-Tec. 952 is equipped with a 12 lead cardiac monitor for rapid assessment
of life threatening heart conditions.
